Shipping & Handling Policy: 

• It is important to note that our order processing times differ from our shipping and handling times.

 *PLEASE note that there may be a 1-2 week shipping delay during sales and/or the busy holiday seasons

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), or sooner depending on order volume. You will receive an order confirmation email with your initial order. For orders received after 5pm EST these will be processed the following business day. 
  
  

 

 

Made to Order Production

• Certain items are available as on hand or pre made pieces and will ship according to our standard processing times listed above.

Once on hand and pre made inventory is sold out, orders will automatically transition to made to order production.

Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for made to order production depending on current order volume and garment complexity.

Each made to order piece is individually crafted specifically for you. We do not mass produce these items. Every garment is carefully constructed, quality checked, and finished to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipping.

This intentional production process allows us to focus on precision, detail, and premium craftsmanship, ensuring you receive a piece that is uniquely made for your order.

We appreciate your patience and support, as this method allows us to maintain quality while avoiding overproduction and waste.
